The hotel has a lovely and spacious setup with friendly staff that really make you feel welcome. I enjoyed the whirlpool in my room, which was bigger than I expected. Unfortunately, I did notice that cleanliness wasn’t up to standard, especially given the ongoing pandemic. Additionally, the service could be improved as staff didn't seem to take my concerns seriously, but the location is perfect for a visit to the falls.
